I wasn’t always healthy and fit, quite the opposite.
By the time I was 20 my body was already wrecked from drugs and alcohol. It was scary and it was awful and I knew I had to change everything if I wanted to recover and live the life God planned for me!

The simple version of the story is, I hired a trainer and a nutritionist — and in just nine months, I lost 40 pounds. 

That transformation didn’t just change my body, it changed me and the entire trajectory of my life! 

I was strengthened, empowered, and I had to help others do the same, I had experienced just how important this is! That’s when I became a certified personal trainer, and I’ve been helping people in their health and fitness journeys ever since.

Now, 20 years later I am so, so, SO thankful of the decisions I made back then to turn my life around, that I fully 100% all in went for it - and by the grace and power of the Holy Spirit, I was able to heal, recover and I’ve never looked back!

My story is proof that change is possible. And now, my mission is to help you step into your healthiest, strongest, most vibrant self — inside and out.
