How long is the program?
Regeneration by Design is a 6-week group coaching program with one live Zoom call per week.
What’s the time commitment?
Plan for 60–75 minutes per week for the live session. Everything else is flexible and designed to fit real life.
What if I can’t attend live?
All sessions are recorded and available for replay.
Do I need prior experience with supplements or peptides?
No. Everything is taught in context. Education is provided so you can understand what supports different systems — without pressure to use anything.
Is this personalized or generic?
You’ll receive group coaching plus personalized support through your AI Wellness Coach, which helps you apply the concepts to your own body and situation.
